Career Story

As a Program Manager at Choice Hotels International, I work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative  and creative solutions to enhance our customer experiences for both  franchisees and hotel guests for the hospitality industry. I apply my skills with agile methodology, requirements gathering, and user story  writing to create engaging and accessible digital products that meet the  needs and expectations of our customers and stakeholders.

I spent three years as a Product Owner at General Motors, a time where I learned how to thrive in a corporate environment. Although my time there was cut short by circumstances beyond my control, I thoroughly enjoyed my experiences, coworkers, and the collaboration. The role at General Motors introduced me to the world of Product Ownership and Program Management, opening a new avenue for creativity and impact.

I  graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Digital Culture: Media Processing with a focus on Game Development. I learned various coding languages and mastered many Adobe Creative Suite programs. I also gained experience as a teaching assistant and a graphic designer,  enhancing my communication, collaboration, and creativity skills.

Cheerful, optimistic, reliable, a pleasure to work with.
